My Culinary class BBA 3300 “Frozen Desserts” threw an ice cream social at the culinary arts museum at Johnson and Wales university. the social featured all the different ice creams and frozen desserts we made. some of the desserts were Baked Alaska’s, Mud slide cakes and my own Blueberry, basil and champagne sorbet spritzers.
It was an amazing event. I learned a lot and we had over 120 guests come and everyone could not stop talking about how amazing everything was
